Sen. Terry Link and Rep. Mark Beaubien debated the state’s ability to fund construction and many other programs funded with declining tax dollars. While Springfield cuts back on many popular programs, the Lake County delegation continues to make sure Lake County gets its fair share. We can only hope they succeed.
