March 25, 2004 - Membership Meeting   The March membership meeting was very busy.  Bruce Bonczyk, Bruce S. Bonczyk, LTD., discussed the Design-Build legislation tht ICIC has pending, Certicificates of Completion were given to our Supervisor Training participants, The Blue Book sponsored a cordial cart celebrating St. Patrick's Day, and we raffled several Target gift certificates at the end of the evening.
