September 27, 2007 - Rebirth and Redevelopment of Waukegan's Downtown and Lake Front   September’s Membership Meeting at the Genesee Theatre in Waukegan was a great start to LCCA’s new season of Membership Meetings. The underlying theme was and will continue to be LCCA’s 60th Anniversary. The Theatre shined and Ray Vukovich was there to share the success stories involved with the Rebirth and Redevelopment of Waukegan’s Downtown and Lake Front over the past 10 years. We saw the changes that have been made and those to come. We all left feeling excited about Waukegan’s future.
